Yes, the «_Académie française_». I believe the people sitting there are
the ones responsible for a few silly words such as «_mél_», which is
supposed to mean «_e-mail_», the idea being that if you manage to
prounounce the english «_mail_» word bad enough, you might approach the
pronunciation of «_mél_». I mean, if you try hard.
