Author Is Michael Alan Dorman (mdorman) around?
Florian Ragwitz

Hello,

he maintains a bunch of packages, mostly PERL related ones, lots of them
are outdated, others were NMUed recently. After mailing him several
times without receiving an answer I would like to know if some one has
seen any activity from him in Debian recently.

Thanks,
Florian

Err, several times? Bullshit. Once, last week? Sure. I'm sorry I
haven't had a chance to respond.

If you have specific packages you would like to adopt, ask. I have
never stood in the way of someone who has wanted to adopt a package.

Mike

Well, the first mail I sent was about 3 weeks ago.

Especially I'm interested in Net::Jabber because I very often use it at
work.

Thanks,

Sure, with the proviso that, since that is one package I have
generally made a point of keeping up to date, I think it's only
reasonable to expect that your first upload should address all
existing bugs.

Of course, I've also delivered patches to Gisle that don't get
integrated quickly. But I shan't dispute with you. It's yours.
