It is licenced under all of these licenses? Seems a very flexibly
approach... Presumably the user picks which ever one the like the
most. This removes all these potential nasty flame wars about the
pros/cons of various licenses.

I wanted to verify the license, but the upstream web page of
<URL:http://www.example.org/> didn't work for me. I suspect contacting
the upstream author at "Name <somebody@example.org>" wouldn't work
either (I didn't test it though).
