"like" != "need to"

If you like to work more on Debian, this is great because it shows that are
full of enthusiasm and power.
If you swamped with work load, so you can't fulfill your needed duties of
your position within Debian, you should retire from that job within Debian
to let someone else with more spare time do the job.
I can't see what's wrong with that.
