Hej,
Who is responsible for this? The porters/buildd-maintainers
(recompiling just for these architectures and making binary NMUs) or
the package maintainers (by making a siource-upload, triggering
rebuilds on all architectures)?

And what is the timeframe for this? Is this as urgent as the C++ABI
transition or will libgcc1 simply be removed on the respective archs
only when everything has been rebuilt.
thanks, cu andreas
