I notice that this ITP is already 192 days old and still has not been acted upon.
Meanwhile, I have been spending the last few hours helping the upstream author clean up his source tree and doing
various improvements to the software to bring it to a state where it can be uploaded to Debian.
As it so happens, ibuild was brought up again on the debian-custom mailing list a few days ago, along with pressing
questions about the status of this ITP.
As such, I no longer see any valid reason to wait for the initial ITP submitter and am hereby hijacking this ITP and
proceeding with the submission of this new package to the archive.
