Make sure you performed the WPS 5.1 for testing with RAD from the WPS 5.1 fo
r Multiplatforms that should have come with your cd's.  If you've done this 
you'll then need to go into RAD and do the following.  Go to Window->Prefere
nces->Server, there you'll
see the server options you have.  You'll see the WPS 5.1 stub.  Highlight th
at and edit it.  You'll point it to where WAS (application) and WPS (portal)
 were installed on your harddrive during the WPS 5.1 install (it seems to ac
tually install a full versi
on).  Once you've done that you should be able to get something to run on it
