This looks like the text in _derived/nortbots.htm, which is an
indication that the web pages were FTPd to the server. A FrontPage
web containing FrontPage run-time components, such as forms, MUST be
HTTP published to the server.
Check the FP extensions (FTP may break them) then
File->Publish the web to your server using a destination like
http://domain.com . Do not use FTP.
This response also applies to your post regarding the search
component.
