Here is what I mean by paradigm shift:

We recently delivered an on-demand wmv stream for the CEO of a $4B company. 
 It couldn't have been more important - reorginization.  You'd expect every 
employee to watch the whole 13 minutes, right?

Our weblogs reveal that only 15 percent of the more than 6000 viewers made i
t to the halfway point.  There were no bandwith problems or player problems.
  The event manager refuses to tell the CEO because he's afraid that the it'
ll be "kill the messenger."  This statistical result is consistent with othe
r messages that we've served as a static webcast.  

Now compare this to delivery of Flash Streaming where we compel interactivit
y.  Our statistics show that more than 90 percent follow a twenty minute mes
sage to the midpoint, with more than 80 percent proceeding to the conclusion
.  

That is a 6X uptick in message delivery, folks.

Randy,

That's a great example. Do you know if ON2 will impact the
functionality or simply provide a better video codec?

BTW, I doubt that a new version of Flash will be out anywhere near May.
(If it is, I'm in deep trouble!)
