FrontPage cannot see virtual directories since they are not in the physical
path of an FP web. The only exception to this is you can create a virtual
directory than make it an FP web, but still any virtual directories in that
web will not be available since the FP Server Extensions cannot control them
the same as a physical directory, and because you can make the same exact
directory included in hundreds of other directories virtually, the
extensions would be constantly over-writing information about which web the
virtual directories files belongs to.
