I am trying to connect to an extranet site.  I was able to connect in the pa
st but now get the message 'The connection was refused when attempting to co
ntact <site address>'  Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this? 
 The help desk at the site and my DSL carrier have been unable to help me.  
Please be basic in your explanation.  Thanks!!
