Let's just hope they don't bloat the Flash Player as much as they bloated
PDF. How big is the Reader again? Imagine PDF support inside Flash...

I don't know, but out of the two Adobe seems like an old and slow brand
whereas Macromedia is fresh with new ideas and exciting products. Maybe
that's why they were acquired...

They will definitely have more muscle now to do exciting things in the
future but it means they use that muscle wisely and not to bully people.
And please keep the Flash IDE...

Reading the blogs I see that a lot of developers seem initially worried. I
have a feeling that in the Adobe camp they aren't worried. In general I
think that Adobe's print products are save, MM's web tools aren't...  That's
my initial reaction.
