Unless OpenSSL in in the root of C:\  or in in the the PATH - enviroment
the command will not function.

See what Thomas wrote. CD to the directory in which is the OpenSSL executabl
e.

Then at the prompt do the command, it will appear similar to:

Prompt>openssl rand -out bananarand.bin 2048
Loading 'screen' into random state - done

Then type or cat the file; output will be similar to:

Prompt>cat bananarand.bin
