I'm not sure that type of popup can be stopped by deselecting "Allow
service to interact with desktop". Besides, having it not checked is the
default for the IIS Admin service so it should already not be set.
For that error, I'd try doing a regsvr32 on MGrqhttp.dll to see if that
fixes it. Otherwise, you'd need to contact Magic for support.

| I run a website on four webservers (windows2000, SP1, IIS5.0). I use
| an ISAPI appl to connect to an RS/6000. The ISAPI app is written bij
| Magic (http://www.magicsoftware.com) (Magic Internet Requesters 8.3)

| Sometimes the server just halts. Connections build up, CPU load is 0%
| website gives "Server too busy" error. We can do nothing about except
