I am using the tracking database to view the state of processing and need to
know if the original filename received is stored anywhere in any of the
databases and how I can relate it to any of the following tables.  Please
tell me it is stored somewhere... Please..

dtav_ServiceFacts
[BizTalkMsgboxDb]..[Instances]
[BizTalkMgmtDb]..[bts_Orchestration]

Tracking & Msg box will have this piece of information, BTS file adapter
promots the file name context property you can view it using hat. go to
messages right click and get messages proprty and you will see it
