Has anyone configured MLPP on call manager , is it useful , have you got
any configuration guide ?

MLPP stands for multi-level precedence and preemption.  It is a feature used
 by DOD to allow calls to be prioritized and preempted by higher precedence 
calls if required.  Some companies that have large private telephone network
s have implemented MLPP.  You can get more info via DOD'S JITC website jitc.
