AS5300 is ignoring "100 Trying" with the following message in debug log:

May 11 17:58:04.962 EDT: HandleUdpSocketReads :Msg enqueued for SPI with
IPaddr: 65.57.109.226:5060

May 11 17:58:04.962 EDT: CCSIP-SPI-CONTROL: sipSPIBadSipMessage :
Ignoring bad response
