Could I ask what the most up to date opinion on FCS components?  Are they
better than the ones delivered with Flash?!  How buggy are they?

Also is FCS pretty stable itself?

i'm not using them at all... but it looks like they are not too bad!

well... if you configure and program it properly it's very stable.
You might get in trouble with infinite loops in you don't user virtual hosts
:D

Latest update solves most of the problems, you can consider it stable enough
in my opinion.
