For Anonynity you can use a cyber coffee shop. Use the free web based
proxy the Cloak.

Log into https://xenophon.homeip.net/  and use two remailers Random and
it should work. If the cyber coffee shop has no Word 2000 like some don;t
you can use a yahoo account as a spell checker and storage for your
posts.We will see if it work's.
The Cloak will allow free surfing but not posting.

Sounds dangerous. On who's computer is the spell checker actually
running again? How big are dictionaries these days?

I would personally recomend extreme caution in web based anything if
anonymity is desired.  I'd sooner handroll than use a web remailer interface
