My company is looking to implement a new site for a new product line
we are releasing by year end.  Currently we have 2 other sites we
have developed custom shopping carts with.  We plan to move to CS2002
but I need to do all the planning now in order to do so.  Does anyone
have some planning docs as samples I can start off with particular
