SampleClient.java, included with JEDMICS OAI SDK, is generating the
following exception:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Missing license file
for:
WebLogic Platform 8.1
at weblogic.security.utils.SSLSetup.getLicenseLevel(SSLSetup.java:183)
...
at
weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory.getInitialContext(WLInitialContextFact
ory.java:135)
at javax.naming.spi.NamingManager.getInitialContext(NamingManager.java:667)
at javax.naming.InitialContext.getDefaultInitCtx(InitialContext.java:247)
at javax.naming.InitialContext.init(InitialContext.java:223)
at javax.naming.InitialContext.<init>(InitialContext.java:197)
at com.prc.oai.clients.sample.SampleClient.init(SampleClient.java:282)
at com.prc.oai.clients.sample.SampleClient.main(SampleClient.java:200)

Have installed full Platform814_win32.exe on WinXP SP2 system hosting
JEDMICS OAI SDK. license.bea and license_scale_limited.bea are present in
c:\bea. I'm going to guess that some environment variable or equivalent
vector must be setup for the WebLogic security classes to startup, but don't
know what that might be.
