cisco has two products that carry the IPCC name and that have not much
more in common. (IPCC and IPCC express, aka CRS, or IP-IVR)

1) IPCC does not require CCM, but I guess you were talking about CRS,
which does. IPCC makes no sense on 5 seat call centers 

2) No, CRS is a separate license. (Although some sales guy may make a
combo for you ? 

3) Yes, although cisco does not support it, so to say. Only for
labs/demos, although a 5 seat CC should be fine AFAIK.
