anyone knows about problems installing BizTalk Sever and SharePoint Portal
Sever on the same machine?
Where I can find step by step guide for this type of installation?

I have the same probleme for Installing BT 2004 and if you find some help or
document step by step let me know.

If you error is RE: System Error 1057 while trying to query service "SPTimer
".
you can find information on this like

you have to put the <domaine>\adminuser
