After updating my WP Portal to 5.1.0.1 (everything went well), I then attemp
ted to update the skins and themes (the last post installation step). I foll
owed the instructions using EARExpander and WSAdmin in the "Deploying themes
 and skins in a production
environment".

However, when I ran the wsadmin.bat -user admin_user_id -password admin_pass
word -c "$AdminApp install C:\Temp\wps.ear {-update -appname wps}" step
, I got an error when WSAdmin tried to rebuild wps.

Essentially, "AdminException: ADMA0063E: Error in EJB deploy - [/wp: The
 project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Cannot find the cl
XXX file for com.ibm.websphere.schedule"

Is this a bug? .... any workarounds?

The problem comes from not installing the full install of the portal but ins
talling the PortalUTE option.

The test environment installation does not have the jar files needed to re-b
uild the wps application.

So, you need to get the missing jar's or not do the post install for the new
 skins/themes
