The Base URI is the first part of the path in URL, in other words, "wps" part of h
ttp://host/wps/portal.  The Default Page is second part of the path, usually
 "portal".  Personalized Home Page is usally "myportal".
At Add or remove project panel. There is nothing you need to do.   Just clic
k Finish.
