Following the article "Working with BizTalk Adapter for SQL Server", May
2005, I started by creating an empty 'BizTalk project'. Then when trying to
generate a schema via 'Add Generated Items', the wizard failed to access my
(remote) SQL-Server, even though 'Test Connection' succeeded. BizTalk itself
uses a local database. Does the connection need to be 'Trusted'? What does
that mean and how do I fix that?

I was accidently able to progress one step more by checking the box 'Allow
saving password' in the 'Data Link Properties'. But after entering a SELECT
statement on the Statement Information Page and hitting 'Next', Visual
Studio will hang. (This is for a 'Receive port')
