In the title of the web pages the project name is displayed.  How can I get
my hands on it?  I would like to use the value in a business logic.  Also,
can I change the title.

I looked at the transformations stored in the Web Content directory and
don't see how it works -- no reference to title.  The only clue is in some
of the canned JSPs like stop.jsp, and there it seems to get the title from
class HatsMsgs, but I can't find the API for that.

Any help is appreciated.
