I'm about to do the same. One thing I'm curious about is their pickyness
about "Replacing Disks in a RAID" -- p. 50 in the Release Notes for 4.0(5).
The Release Notes say "...Unity supports only replacing a defective disk in
a RAID with a blank disk to repair the RAID. Replacing disks in a RAID for
any other reason is not supported."

I've always treated Unity like a CallManager, and pulled a RAID drive prior
to upgrade, upgraded with the RAID inactive, then replaced the drive after
the upgrade with the previous upgrade's pulled drive. It's always worked
OK. I wonder why Unity would care, or even know about, what's going on at
the RAID array level -- all it sees is the logical drive, I would think --
and why they insist on a blank drive. The Array Manager sure doesn't care
what's on the drive when it rebuilds the array. Am I missing something?
