Installed and setup 5.1 portal test env. successfully. I have created a port
let project and tried to run on the server and expect to see it in the brows
er. The problem, is that the browser comes up with this error " Internet Exp
lorer was unable to link to
the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable".

Any ideas?. I looked into the log and found couple of times this msg:

I was hoping you could tell me if you ever figured this issue out.  I am hav
ing the same issue when tryin to run a "Portal" project on Portal V5.1 test 
environment.
