hi all

i have a problem i have exchange 2000 running on nt4 don't laugh it's not fu
nny, but recently it has been hanging every 24 to 48 hours with the store.ex
e runing at 100% for ages with the server still serving email but then after
 a day or so it gives up completely.

at the moment upgrading to 2003 not an option as much as i would like as it 
is in the pipeline for the near future for a full network over all. but i ne
ed to get it running. 

the server has the latest updates and patches that microsft offered before t
he pulled the plug on nt4, any one suffered the same and could offer a sugge
stion on how to fix it with out the usa of a big hammer i would be grateful

Since this not a supported setup not sure what kind of help you will get on
