CAS of WPS5.02 is not able to return me a valid URL. 
This is what my code does.. 


			contentAccessservice =
				(ContentAccessService) portletContext.getService(
					org
						.apache
						.jetspeed
						.portlet
						.service
						.ContentAccessService
						.class);
			if (contentAccessservice != null) {
				url =
					contentAccessservice.getURL(
						urlString,
						portletRequest,
						portletResponse);
			}

Do I need extra configurations to make this work..
