Hello,
I have CCM 4.0 and IPCC 3.5. When I make a phone call to the CTI route point
number, the agent enters in reserved state his phone doesn't ring and the c
all goes to one agent queue (there's no way to retrieve the call).
- No partition, CSS issues (these have benn checked)
- I'm using icd.aef script. How should I personalize it? maybe this is the p
roblem. Should I put anything int the Resource ID variable?
This is my first IPCC installation, so I'm pretty sure it is a configuration
issue ;)
