Description:
North Carolina Department of Justice is currently migrating our Computerized
Criminal History application from a Cobol/Mainframe environment to a Client
Server/Object Oreinted environment. The following skills and knowledge are
needed from the vendor supply this assistance.

Extensive experience in C# programming
Extensive experience in XML/XSLT development.
Experience developing test plans and cases.
Experience in application development in a .NET/Biztalk environment.
Experience in application testing.
