BizTalk seems to use System Dead Letter Queues or XLANG Dead Letter Queues
in MSMQ. I have not seen much documentation on the monitoring and
administration of these queues. I just need to be pointed to documentation
on why BizTalk would send to these queues and once in a dead letter queue
what an application needs to do to aminister these queues.
