We have, what i'm confused about is how SAP react to Biztalk, is it consider
ed as a Feeder... ?

No matter how the messages are processed i.e. async or sync messages?

Does a Biztalk implementation effect user licenses....?

Is this in relation to your above question? Because in itself, I don't
understand it.

user licenses in SAP? I wouldn't say, but I really don't know.
