Update...

I moved all my maps out of the Repository to another
folder.  Opened each one in Mapper and did a 'Save As' to
the Repository folder.  All my maps are visible now.  The
problem with 'Store to WebDav' is now consistent across
Mapper and Editor.  Both crash out when using that
feature.  Anything I can do to eliminate that problem?
