When trying to generate a certificate request, I get through all of the
dialog boxes to the very end.  After choosing a location to save the request
file, I get the error.  I've tried several locations.  It's not a file
security issue.  I'm logged in as an administrator.  MS Server 2003, IIS 6.
All help is appreciated.
