We are using CMS 2001.
I am trying to import a rop file send by our client.
The import is failing and gives an error, the error is as follows

An error has occurred that has interfered with the generation of this
report. Please try the operation again, and contact your system administrato
r
should this error persist.

Hi Ashish!

Are you and your client using the exact same version of the MCMS 2001
(SP, hotfixes etc) ? Versions needs to exactly the same, otherwise
export/import wont work. One other thing causing this, might be the
size of the ROP-package. What is the size of that package?

Hi Ashish,

this can be caused by a problem in the ROP file or a problem in the
destination database.
You should open a support case for this can indicate either a database
inconsistancy in the source or the destination database.
