Hi everyone out there!

I have a problem that is re-occurring over and over again with my ATL -
PowerStor L200 Tape Drive.

Whever I run a back up job, from time to time our CA BRIGHTSTOR 11.1
software does not see the the tape in the library magazine even though
it is there.

This problem is temporarily fixed by re-starting the tape, job, and
database engines. However, this is not a workable solution and we are
trying to find out if anybody has solved this problem.

Here is my configuration:
ATL PowerStar L200
CA BrightStor 11.1
Windows 2003 Server

Hi.  How did you resolve this Arcserve problem with the media not
found?
