Hi,

I have recently inherited a Quantum ATL P1000.  It is having trouble
reading barcodes.  I have a question for anybody who has used one of
these before, is the Laser/LED light visible during inventory if you
look into the top of the unit?  I'm not seeing any light at all during
inventory (on most libraries you can see the red light flashing).  I
did check that the barcode reader was enabled via the operator panel.

Anybody have a service manual for this unit?
