Hi!
What do you mean with "the vpn disconnected itself"? Do you really have Net=
work problems or is just die ip communicator disconnecting?
If you changed your codec settings (i.e. you are using g729 from home) you =
would see this problem since the software conference bridge only support g7=
11

Betreff: [cisco-voip] SoftPhone / IP Communicator VPN access problem

Dear All,

When I am in office, both SoftPhone & IP Communicator work fine if I
want to make an outside call (PSTN or other H323GW). But when try to
use Softphone or IP Communicator to make same call from home thru VPN
access to CM or either try to join a meet-me conference, after dialing
the number, the vpn disconnected itself. Is it about mismatched codec
? Any kind of opnions or suggestions would be gratefule. Thanks a lot~

Regards,

Alan
