I am new to biztalk. Could you send me some steps. How to test HTTP
Receive Adapter in BizTalk. I configured  gone through SDK HTTP
Adapter steps but not understanding how to test it.

My Problem is:

RSS Feed coming into BizTalk Server through HTTP Receive Adapter, All
I need to parse it (Validate it against RSS 2.0 spec.) and simply
dump in external SQL DB.

It is simple i guess. Since, I am new to Biztalk , I am not knowing
where to start. Your help really appreciated.
