I can't find any statement of MM stating commercial use of dev edition
flashcomm is prohibited, but it feels real weird that i don't. If anyone
has found this, please hook me up.

You shall not (A) use the Developer Version for any application=20
deployment in a live or stand-by production environment or staging=20
environment, in each case, including, without limitation, in any=20

deploy the Developer Version other than internally for the sole purpose=20
of designing, developing, and evaluating applications pursuant to the=20

the Developer Version from a computer other than the computer on which=20
such Developer Version was installed, or (E) use the Developer Version=20
to deploy applications that are accessed by multiple browsers or users.
