Set up:  remote Oracle database install

Overview: I was setting up WCS 5.6.1 in a two tier environment.  The install
 went fine using the install wizards.  The problem occurs when i try to crea
te an instance.  Using the configuration server and client tool, the instanc
e creation failed to populate the database.  

However it was able to connect to the database and successfully create table
s in the database.

I just get the error 

CMN5562E: There was a problem populating the database

when i look at the messages.txt file i see that there was a problem with the
 MassLoader

"A SQL Exceptoin was received ORA-01843: not a valid month"

Has anybody else ran into this problem?

Check if the oracle client version is the same ar the servers. if not, repla
ce the client jdbc classes12.zip with the classes12.zip on the server.
