I am trying to force a page to open in a frame. This can happen when the pag
e
is found on its own and the user links from a search engine.

I have tried some Java script and it would appear to work but it would only
open the main frame and not the actuial page requested. The second problem i
s
that when the same page was requested normally from the navigation view it
would try to open the frame within the frame and repeat.

You can only open a specific page in a fixed frameset if you create all your
 pages as dynamic framesets
See http://javascript.internet.com/navi...c-frameset.html

Thanx
I actually found a simpler one there but it only opens the home page but
that will do.
