Well, bad news... I have a -1 for now on Win32. I don't know why, but when I
 
install and test the 20050911 version, everything is OK. When I install and 
test the latest version, the unit test behave very strangely (with or 
without the changes done by Graham). Basically, the Apache server takes 
forever to stop. Weird...

I'm trying to find out what happens here.
