My company is running Biztalk 2002 on windows 2002 and is receiving the
following error:

[0x8004e024] The XLANG schedule activation timed out.
[0x0159] The server encountered a transport error while processing the
messaging port "IPP_PreprocessorPort", which uses a transport component with
a ProgID of "BizTalk.BPOActivation.1".

[0x012b] A transmission attempt failed.
"

Does anyone know why this happening or how it can be fixed?
