Auto Attendant

I am trying to install the Auto Attendant in our test lab on CCM 4.1(3),
I ran the Extended services cm-es.3-5-3-sr1.exe but it does not seem to
install anything the log file says the following

Am I running the wrong version here or am I missing something?
