Go to the admin console
Application Servers > server1 > Web Container > HTTP Transport > 7865 >
Custom Properties
here 7865 is the application port ....
and create two parameters
ConnectionIOTimeOut = 60
ConnectionKeepAliveTimeout =60
And restart server ....
