Using Brightstor v9.0 Build 255.

Getting an error on the backup which is causing it to finish
incomplete.  Error is:

W3716
Unable to write continuation block. (EC=Hardware Error)

The error occurs 3 times. I have replaced the tapes with new ones but
it's still occuring. Have searched on the internet and through the CA
knowledgebase and neither the code or the error message can be found.
Anybody out there got any information on this?
